Open template and delete top 5 layers 

Image/canvas size/800x800

Erase part of rectangle

P10 - send to bottom and merge the small white layers to paper

Apply mask/merge group

Grey circle - E4 - resize 50%

Spider web & shadow - flood fill

Add glass effect of choice

Lower & upper rectangle - p7

Grey rectangle - p8

Tues of choice - layer properties at luminance legacy/opacity at 80

Big grey rectangle - p6

E66 - resize 25%

E156 - resize 30%

E124 - resize 45%

E123 - resize 60%

E65 - resize 25%

Word art5 - resize 30%

E64 - resize 40%

E29 - resize 60%

Position tube

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
