Open template and delete copyright layer
Image/canvas size/800x800
E32 - resize 50%
Send to bottom and apply mask/merge group
Frame1(3) - resize 40%
Flood fill frame backgrounds with color of choice
E70 - resize 25%
E69 - resize 25%
Layer properties - luminance legacy/opacity at 70 for both elements
Flood fill frames with a dark color
Add a glass effect of choice or an inner bevel
Click top frame layer
E61 - resize 25%
E51 - resize 15%
E17 - resize 5% and position different areas
E58 - resize 10%
E73 = resize 15%
E62 - resize 10%
Play with word art to your liking
Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
