Heartline back - add noise of choice

Heartline up - flood fill

E216 - resize 20%

Add gradient glow

E225 - resize 25%

Duplicate/mirror

Image/free rotate/left by 20

Position tube

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
