Free rotate left by 10 - position
Duplicate/mirror/position
Stars - flood fill
Add glass effect
Lg stars - flood fill
Add glass effect

Flowers20 - resize 50%
Flowers34 - resize 50%
Candles3 - resize 30%
Cushions2 - resize 30%
