Image/canvas size/800x800

P7 - apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

Raster9 & copy - flood fill

Raster6 - flood fill

E93 - resize 70%

E85 - resize 50%

Raster2 - p6

Adjust blur a bit

Rasters 11&12 - flood fill

Raster 10& copy - flood fill

E17 - resize 25%

Image/free rotate right by 20

E15 - resize 20%

Position on small star/duplicate/mirror

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
