Open template and delete copyright layer

P16 - apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

2 & 3 - p1

4 - flood fill

Effects - texture/fine leather

5 - p4

Adjust/blur/gaussian/20

Effects/Xero/fuzzifier/118,128,253,0 (2x)

6 - flood fill

Effects - texture/fine leather

7, 8, & 9 - paper of choice

I added a small gradient glow to all layers

E15 - resize 50%

E17 - resized 45%

Position tube

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
