Open template and delete copyright layer and football

Image/canvas size/800x800

P5 - apply mask/merge group and send to bottom

Brush - flood fill color of choice

Add inner bevel of choice

All bckgrnd - add noise of choice

Rectangle1 - flood fill color of choice

Add effect of choice

Circle - flood fill color of choice

Cluster - resize 85%

I added close up with Xero - radiance and 50% opacity

Square1 - flood fill

Add same effect as last one

Flowers7 - resize 60%

Tray6 - resize 50%

Lantern4 - resize 35%

Flowers19 - resize 40%

Candles8 - resize 35%

Position tube of choice

Puppy10 - resize 40%

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
