Open template and delete copyright layer and white layer

Image/canvas size/800x800

P6 - apply mask/merge group

Confettie4 - resize 85%

Rectangle1 &  2 - flood fill color of choice

Texture effects - antique mosaic

Circle - flood fill

Texture effects - blinds

Frame2 - resize 35%

Confettieburst1 - resize 30%

Rectangle3 - flood fill

Texture effects - sandstone

Slats - add glass effect of choice

Ribboncluster3 - resize 40%

Confettiburst3 - resize 40%

Balloon2 - resize 45%

Ribboncluster4 - resize 35%

Candles1 - resize 45%

Position tube of choice

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
