Position tube of choice

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright

Frame2 - resize 65%

Rectangle1 - flood fill

Position tube(s)

E50 - resized 20%

E25 - resize 20%

Duplicate/position

E24 - resize 25%

E48 - resize 20%

E23 - resize 20%

E51 - resize 20%

E4 - resize 20%

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright

IF you want to animate:

Open animation in AS/select all

PSP - copy merged and paste in AS

Hit CTRL&L to match frames in your animation

CTRL&A to select all

Drag your snow animation onto your image and view animation..if happy save
